In preparation for this years NHL play-offs (it’s a little early, knock on wood). I’m going to start pimping the Chicago Blackhawks. Lisa, my wife, this is the last time I will introduce her on this thing, is about 5% interested in watching hockey, so I usually have to call my parents to share in Blackhawks joy. Now I’m turning to the internet. However… recently, Lisa has been making some psychic predictions about the Hawks’ game and so far she’s doing really well… one game she even picked who would score the winning goal.
Last night, in the middle of watching a tear jerker of a Real World, I saw that the Sharks tied the Hawks late in the third period 5-5. Lisa predicted the Hawks would win in overtime. They won in a shoot out. I gave her credit.
Next game Friday night vs. New Jersey. Come over cheer with me.
